BLU POLICIES

Here's the thing, we absolutley love our clients so in order for us to continue to deliver the same quality service, we have a set of conditions put in place to protect both us and our clients.

ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE SUBJECT TO REVISION. LAST UPDATED FEBRUARY 2022.


PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS:

For projects S500 and under. Payment must be made in full before any work begins. Projects over S500 require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT prior. Balance due upon
completion. Payment should be made in the method and manner specified by BLU DESIGN TEAM, LLC. Payments can be made via invoicing (debit card, credit card), as well as Cash App / Apple Pay. No project will
begin without proper payment received.

 

PROJECT TURNAROUND TIMEFRAME:

This is IMPORTANT. Work is to be delivered no later than 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS for small graphics projects (unless otherwise specified), 6-8 BUSINESS WEEKS FOR BRANDING PACKAGES, WEBSITES, AND LARGER PROJECTS, but understand BLU DESIGN TEAM LLC
agrees that the date of delivery is not material to this agreement. Turnaround timeframe may be extended / delayed due to personal / business emergencies, illness, theft, computer / tech failure, and Acts of God, worldly emergencies, or other crises. No finalized artwork files will be delivered until balance is paid off in full.


PAYMENTS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS:

I WANT TO MAKE THIS CLEAR, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. BLU DESIGN TEAM LLC does not provide refunds for any services for any reason. ALL PAYMENTS MADE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Once a payment has been made
the sale is final. UNPAID INVOICES AND PROJECTS ARE CANCELED AFTER 24 HOURS. If a project is started and partial work has already been received by the client and they choose to cancel the partial payment that has been paid will NOT be refunded. If for any reason the client no longer wants or cancels services, no payment shall be refunded, and it then becomes forfeited by the client. Understand the undertaking of each project takes precious time and we work hard to deliver your vision, due to the custom nature of our services a refund may not be requested.


DRAFTS AND REVISIONS:

BLU DESIGN TEAM LLC has a three revision limit per project. If client is not satisfied after the three revisions, BLU DESIGN TEAM LLC will charge $20 per additional revision per client requests
Revisions include but are
not limited to, fonts, color, sizing, layout. Work includes only the final, deliverable art,
and not any preliminary work or sketches. ALL draft work is property of BLU DESIGN TEAM LLC and may not be used in any format.

 


CLIENT COMMUNICATION:

All communication done by BLU DESIGN TEAM LLC and the client is done via email. In order to protect our brand and the client's brand. While phone calls are not allowed (unless scheduled for consult). BLU DESIGN TEAM LLC also allows communication to be done via text message / iMessage. All messages are responded to within 72 business hours, however at peak times. responses can be delayed. If work is purchased and the client does
not complete within 6 months there is a mandatory $200 restart fee.


FINAL FILES DELIVERY:

Logo / Branding files are sent over in pdf, png, and jpg formats. Print files are sent over in pdf format. AI files are available upon written request, Photoshop PSD files are NOT AVAILABLE WE WILL NOT PROVIDE THEM
